Troubleshooting Streamate Profile Visibility in DivaTraffic

Are you experiencing difficulties locating your Streamate profile within DivaTraffic, or does your profile consistently appear offline even when you are broadcasting?

Due to factors beyond DivaTraffic's control, Streamate's model API does not always include every active profile. DivaTraffic relies on this API to index profiles and accurately detect their online status. If you cannot find your profile, or if it persistently shows as offline, this API limitation is the likely cause.

Recommended Actions:

  1. Contact Streamate Support: We recommend reaching out to Streamate's model support team first. Inquire why your profile might be excluded from their API and ask for assistance in ensuring its inclusion.
  2. Use DivaTraffic's Manual Override (Workaround): If your profile is listed in DivaTraffic but incorrectly shows as offline, you can use the "Manual Override" feature. This allows you to temporarily set your profile status to "online" within DivaTraffic, enabling you to purchase traffic.

How to Use Manual Override:

  1. Navigate to your Profiles page in DivaTraffic.
  2. Click the Settings option in the dropdown menu next to the profile's Boost button.

  3. Go to the Room Settings section.
  4. Select the Manual Override option.
  5. Specify the duration for which you want the profile to appear online.
  6. Click Update Profile to save the changes.

Your profile will now be displayed as online in DivaTraffic for the specified duration, allowing you to initiate traffic boosts.

Important Warning: When using Manual Override, DivaTraffic cannot automatically detect if you go offline or enter a private chat on Streamate. Traffic orders will continue to run unless manually paused. Please ensure you pause any active traffic orders when you stop broadcasting or enter private mode to prevent unintended token usage.
