Automatic Token Balance Refill feature ensures uninterrupted access to DivaTraffic services by automatically replenishing your token balance whenever it falls below a specified threshold. This eliminates the need to monitor your balance manually and helps prevent service interruptions.

Note: Currently, the Automatic Token Balance Refill feature is only available when paying with a credit card.
How It Works

Threshold Trigger: You set a minimum token balance.

Automatic Refill: Whenever your token balance drops below this threshold, DivaTraffic will automatically refill your balance.

Payment Processing: We securely charge your saved credit card using Shift4.

Confirmation: You receive an email notification if a refill is successful—or if the payment fails.
Step-by-Step Setup

Log In to Your Account

Enable the Automatic Refill Feature
- Select Enable Auto Refill.

Set Your Threshold & Refill Amount

Threshold: The balance level at which you want the automatic refill to trigger (e.g., 50 tokens).

Refill Amount: How many tokens you want to be added when your balance hits that threshold (e.g., 1000 tokens).

Confirm Your Payment Method
- Ensure you have a valid credit card on file. You can add or update your credit card information if needed.

Save Your Settings
- Click Save or Apply Changes to confirm.
- Once saved, Automatic Token Balance Refill is enabled!

Which payment methods support Automatic Token Balance Refill?
- Currently, it’s only available for credit card transactions. PayPal, Paxum, and Wire transfers are not supported.

How will I be notified of a successful refill or a failed payment?
- You’ll receive an email notification whenever a refill occurs or if a payment fails.

What if my payment method is declined?
- If the payment fails, you’ll be notified via email. Your tokens will not be refilled in that instance, and you may need to update your credit card details.

Troubleshooting

- Check your current token balance to ensure it’s below the threshold you set.
- Verify your credit card is up to date and has sufficient funds.
- Confirm the feature is enabled in your Billing Settings.

I received an email about a failed payment.
- Update your credit card details or use a different card.
- Try enabling the refill feature again after the new card is on file.

I changed my mind and want to disable automatic refills.
- Simply toggle Automatic Token Balance Refill to “Off” or deselect Enable Automatic Refill.
