If you can't find your chaturbate profile, or it's not detecting your online status, it's usually due to a setting in your chaturbate account. To fix this, do the following.
On your chaturbate broadcast page click on the Settings & Privacy tab and and scroll down to the setting called "Appear on network sites" under the Broadcast Settings section.
This settings should be set to "YES". Otherwise our system will not be able to detect your profile or online status.
After you have changed this setting, you need to go online and be in freechat for at least a couple of minutes for our system to detect the change you have made.
